Ventura Rights was founded in 2007 by Gregg Zegarelli, Esq., to assist commercial enterprises in a variety of commercial undertakings, including financings.

Mr. Zegarelli is well-known for his professionalism and skill in business ventures. 

Since the inception of Ventura Rights, Mr. Zegarelli has been Adjunct Faculty for the University of Pittsburgh Law School (Anatomy of a Deal) and the Graduate School of Liberal Arts, Leadership Master Program (The Leader as Entrepreneur, and Developing Leadership Character Through Adversity).

Ventura Rights handles a variety of deals on its own account and for others which Mr. Zegarelli is not providing legal advice through his law firm (Est. 1990).
